Situated within Burberry’s flagship store on Vigo street, London, lies Thomas’s cafe and gifting area. Unique ribbon colours and patterns were designed to offer a luxury and minimalist gifting experience, that adhered to the requirements of instore and online demands. Bold colours were chosen to link to the seasonal events across the year and across differing markets, such as Lunar New Year, Christmas and Eid al-Fitr. The patterned ribbons part of a seasonal offering.
To elevate the gifting experience a customisation service was evolved. Utilising monogramming in store and online to offer an elevated and personalised shopping experience.
